Saturday, 16^th

21.00 h: In the Plaza Mayor, draw "cadafals." In attendance at least one member of each "cadafal."

Sunday, 17^th

19.00 h: In the area of the "Plaza España", concert by the music band "Cinctorrana Musical Society," "Musical Union of San Felipe Neri de la Llosa" and "Musical Associacion of Sant Jordi".

Thursday, 21^st

20.00 h: At the Plaza Mayor placement of barriers and "cadafals." The lunch for all
attending the "bull enclosure assembly" is: "pa, tomaca, pernil i vi" (bread, tomatoes, ham and wine).


Friday, 22^nd

13.00 h: Traditional bell ringing by the group "Friends of the Bells", from the top of the bell tower fireworks announce the start of the Major Festivities 2011.
21.00 h: Parade by the music band "L'Associació Musical Sant Jordi"
23.30 h: On the "Plaza España", Gala Official Proclamation of the festivities, acting as maintainer "Mosen Pere Compte Verge", there after the official proclamation of the beginning of the Major Festivities 2011, by the Mayor of Sant Jordi "D. Luis Tena Ronchera". Then dance brightened by the great orchestra "ATALAYA."

Saturday, 23^rd

12.30 h: In the Municipal Sports Hall, preparation of wood fires for the "XI PAELLA CONTEST". The Festival committee will provide all participants rice, oil and wood.
14.30 h: Paella tasting by a jury, awarding the following prizes:
- 1st Prize: 150 € donated by REX CONTROL, SL
- 2 nd Prize: 90 € donated by CAL RACÓ RESTAURANT
- 3rd Prize: 60 € donated by INNOMED GESTIÓ, SL
And trophies awarded by the "Excma. Diputación Provincial de Castellón". The Celebrations Committee will offer a gift to all participants.
19.00 h: The Bullfighting starts with a Childens Bull Running - style San Fermin.
19.30 h: Entry young bulls. Livestock: Fdo.Mansilla (Torreblanca).
22.00 h: "BOU EMBOLAT" (young bulls with fire on the horns). Livestock: Fdo.Mansilla (Torreblanca), in charge of the Local "Embolado Group".
24.00 h: Verbena - Party with the popular and famous Orchestra "La Dama"

Sunday, 24^th

12.00 h: 1^st Bull Running. Livestock: Mansilla. (Torreblanca).

18.00 h: Livestock Competition. Livestock "DANIEL MACHACOCES" of Picassent. In the center of the square, snacks by courtesy of Restaurant Llenya "cacaus, tramussos i vi" for everyone. Liven up the bullfighting spectacle the "Associació Musical Sant Jordi."

22.30 h: In the Municipal Sports Hall "Popular Fideuada" prepared by the renowned chef "Francisco Llopis", organized and sponsored by the "Excma. Ayuntamiento de Sant Jordi ". Liven up the evening's performance the group "Fenomenon Quartet"

Monday, 25^th Festivitiy of Santiago Apostol

11.30 h: Parade by the music band "SANT JORDI ASSOCIACIÓ MUSICAL"
12.00 h: Procession and Solemn Mass in honor of St. James and in honor of Blessed Tobías Borrás Romeu, with the assistance of the local authorities and the President of the "Excma. Diputación de Castellón" D. Javier Moliner Gargallo, the local Music Band and Choral "Verge Font de la Salut" of Traiguera. The Mass will be officiated by the Hon. Dr. Javier Salinas Viñals, Bishop of the Diocese of Tortosa, commemorating the 750 anniversary of birth of the "Mas dels Stellers" (1261-1655) and from 1655 as village of Sant Jordi (1655-2011).
Following presentation of the commemorative stone in honor of the founders of the "Mas dels Stellers" and visit to the exhibition of photographs and clothing of our ancestors.

18.30 h: On the street "San Jaime", childrens dance, it will be given away to all children a "gift", courtesy of Restaurant Panoramic Golf.
19.30 h: At the Plaza España "Tribute to Our Seniors." A snack by courtesy of "RuralCaja" and it will be served by local authorities. Liven up the afternoon the group "TIGRES DEL CERVOL".
22.00 h: At the Street "José Soriano Ramos" performance of the "Dance Group and Jota" of Traiguera, "Pastor Dance Group" of Traiguera and of the Local Traditional Group of Sant Jordi with Dance, Ballet and "Jota".
Here and in tribute to all generations of "Sanjorgenses" who have danced our dance, all the neighbors who want to participate can dress up with the traditional costume and dance the dance together from the "Avenida José Soriano Ramos" up to the "Plaza España, where a snack will be provided to all participants.


Tuesday, 26^th

20.30 h: IX Float parade through the main streets of the town, in charge of the "Colles de Sant Jordi" willing to participate. In this event. Organized by the "Asociación de Reyes Magos". At the end, the Hon. Townhall of Sant Jordi will give away to all participants groups a ham. Following at the "Plaza España" Dinner of "Sobaquillo" and party for the young generation (djs).


Wednesday, 27^th Children's Day

11.30 h: At the municipal swimming pool, puppets and children's theater by "Forquilla Teatre" with the play "Cretonia menu of vegetables", sponsored by the "Excma Diputación de Castellón".
17.30 h: In the municipal sports hall, afternoon dedicated to the smallest, with a large playground, sponsored by the "Excma. Diputación de Castellón" and popular snack for all children, organized and sponsored by the "Association of the retired persons of Sant Jordi."
20.30 h: On the "Plaza España", 15^th Edition of the Exhibition and Tasting of local cuisine, with dishes prepared by housewives. Organizers: "Associació de Mestresses Casa La Llar" and sponsord by the "Party Commission". Then liven up the evening by performances of the local theater group "ALS POSTRES" and the local dance group "SUPER STAR"

Thursday, 28^th "Dona Torera" Day - the day of the women bullfighter

11.30 h: On the main square "Plaza Mayor" big chocolate snacks "Chocolatada" for all participants of the Bull Run. Before the young bulls run the image of Sant Jaume will be blessed in the chapel.

12.00 h II Bull Running, for the more daring women. Livestock: Mansilla. (Torreblanca).
18.00 h: Livestock competition. Livestock "Fernando Mansilla" of Torreblanca. In the center of the square, and courtesy of the Restaurant Llenya the snacks "cacaus, tramussos i vi" for everyone. Accompanying the celebration of bullfighting, the "Musical Association of Sant Jordi."
22: OO h: "Vaca embolada" (cow with fire in on the horns), in charge of local groups. Livestock: Fdo.Mansilla

22.30 h: Dinner - "CENA DE SOBAQUILLO", organized by the "Associació Musical de Sant Jordi" on the "Plaza España". Liven up the dinner the musical band "GRUPO SENSACIÓN".

Friday, 29^th

12.00 h: III Bull Running. Livestock: Mansilla. (Torreblanca).

18.00 h: Contest of Livestocks. Livestock "RAMON ANGEL" of Santa Magdalena de Pulpis. Snacks in the middle of the square, courtesy of Restaurant Llenya "cacaus, tramussos i vi" for everyone. Liven up the bullfighting the musical band "Associació Musical de Sant Jordi."

23.00 h: "Bou Embolat" (bull with fire on the horns). Livestock: Mansilla (Torreblanca).
00.30 h: Verbena - Party liven up by the Orchestra the famous group "NEW ALASKA".

Saturday, 30^th

Day of the bullfighter group "Penya Taurina Jordienca la Reculada"

12.00 h: IV Bull Pen. Livestock: Mansilla (Torreblanca). This year will be tried to get the traditional kickback.
18.00 h: III Contest of cutbacks and driblings, with cows of the Livestock "Orellana Perdiz" (Jaén).
Participating youth promises of the Castellón Province.
Folloing the unpacking and testing of 3 wild bulls of the livestock "Manuel Parra Quijano" of Puebla del Príncipe (Ciudad Real):
- "Ratero" No. 19 figures: 7
- "Camaleon", No. 16, figures: 7
- "Navajito", No. 7, figures: 8
All of them acquired by the Livestock "Fernando Mansilla" of Torreblanca.
In the centre of the square, courtesy of Restaurant Llenya, the snacks "cacaus, tramussos i vi" for everyone.
Accompanying the celebration of bullfighting, the "Musical Association Sant Jordi."

Then, at the same bullfighting venue, performance of "Botafocs" with the show "Creixfocs", sponsored by the "Excma. Diputación Provincial".

22.00 h: "Bou Embolat" (The best of the evening)
Organized and sponsored by the group "Penya Taurina Jordienca - La Reculada "

01.00 h: Verbena - entertained by the fabulous orchestra "Ciudad de Alicante".

Sunday, 31^st

12.00 h: V Bull Running. Livestock: Mansilla (Torreblanca).
18.00 h: Livestock contest. Livestock: Tárrega Javier "EL GALLO" of Moncofar. In the centre of the square, courtesy of Restaurant Llenya, the snacks "cacaus, tramussos i vi" for everyone. Liven up the bullfighting the "Associació Musical Sant Jordi."
In the late afternoon of bulls, the winner of the livestock will be anounced, which will be awarded with a trophy and 200,-€.

00.00 h: Big Fireworks, heralding the end of the Festivities of 2011, in charge of "Pyrotechnics Thomas, SL"


Monday, 1^st

07.00 h: Departure from the village to the town of Ulldecona, to visit the wild bull farm "Les Oliveres" of Fdo. Mansilla, where young bulls will be set free and where the more adventurous can demonstrate their bullfighter art with "Capote." Prisma Cafés will give away to all attendees hot chocolate, pastries and carajillo.
Lunch at the Restaurant Panoramica Golf. Contribute: Consci Sant Jordi S.L., Els Novals 2000 SL.
11.00 h: In the main square, traditional unpacking of young bulls. Following, Great Local Comedian Bullfighting Show.
15.00 h: Preparations for the typical "caldreas" (boilers), hoping, as every year, the maximum popular collaboration.
22.00 h: At the "Plaza España" starts the traditional brotherhood dinner End of the Festivities, liven up by the orchestra "Almas Gemelas".

ALL EVENTS ORGANIZED BY THE DIFFERENT LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS HAVE SPONSORSHIP OF THE FESTVITIY COMMITTEE.
THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEES OF THE "FIESTAS MAYOES" AND OF THE TRADITIONAL CRAFTS FAIR "MUESTRA DE OFICIOS TRADICIONALES" APPEAL UNANIMOUSLY TO THE PARTICIPATION, COOPERATION AND ASSISTANCE IN EACH CULTURAL EVENT AND FESTIVITIES, SHEDULED FOR BEEING A SUCCESS BECAUSE OF THE WILL OF ALL THE PEOPLE PF SANT JORDI.
